BMore Core Pilates started as a daydream in 2015. With roots in Sports Medicine, Jessica wanted to return to helping people on their road to recovery and fitness journey. Finding her passion for Pilates, and a desire to make it accessible to more women, led Jessica to open a private studio.  This is where she offers private and small group Pilates instruction in a welcoming, unintimidating setting.

With a B.A. in Health & Exercise Science and a M. Ed of Kinesiology in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine, Jessica spent over 10 years as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) in the collegiate & high school setting.  As an ATC Jessica provided injury prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation for her student-athletes.  Having personally spent many sessions in physical therapy for scoliosis and lumbar spine issues, Jessica sought to find an exercise method that would improve and maintain the function of her body,  So, she tried Pilates and was immediately hooked.  She uses her sports medicine background to tailor her Pilates instruction and help clients achieve their goals.

Jessica has been riding horses since she was 4 years old and trained in dressage with her late horse, Poet. She loves sharing how much Pilates can improve your riding seat with fellow equestrians.

The studio, located in Parkton, MD, is equipped with Balanced Body Allegro reformers, towers and combo chair.
