Tower & Reformer classes have a max of 3 students

Reformer Essentials- Slower paced class ideal for those who are returning to exercise and looking to build their strength, flexibility and endurance while focusing on the Pilates principles. Ideal for clients who require modifications due to physical limitations. Exercises will be modified for each individual.

Reformer/Tower 1 & 2 - This class will use the Reformer & Tower for full body workout to build strength, control and flexibility while focusing on the Pilates principles.

Reformer/Tower 2 & 3 - Faster paced class for established students that are able to transition quickly between exercises.  Class will use Reformer & Tower to progress to more advanced exercises.  Strength, coordination & endurance are required.

Cardio Circuit - Interval circuit class that integrates cardio intervals on the rower, jumpboard, bike & cardio trampoline with intervals of Reformer, Chair & Tower exercises for a great full body workout. Must have Reformer 1 & 2 experience to signup.

Pilates for Equestrians - Full body workout on the Reformer/Tower using Pilates principles to improve riding seat and posture.
